uTalkAlot.com has formed a strategic relationship with T-Mobile to offer these discounts based on our volume of sales. We pass the savings onto you!!
Currently we are not setup to offer Family Plans on-line at this time; however you can purchase Family Plans and take advantage of our extremely low pricing by calling our Customer Service Department (877) 999-9180 for additional information.
Your order will usually be processed within hours from when it is submitted. uTalkAlot.com proudly offers Fed Ex shipping services. Most orders go out same day, or the next business day. In the event we have to perform a manual credit review with T-Mobile, your order will take longer to process. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped.
You will be notified via email once your order has shipped. The email will contain an order confirmation as well as a FedEx tracking number.
You can check the status of your order by logging into uTalkAlot.com and selecting "Order Status". You can also track your order by calling (877) 999-9180 and speaking with one of our customer service associates.
uTalkAlot.com can ship to a PO Box using US Postal Service, however we cannot guarantee the delivery time as promised with Fed Ex service.
You have 14 days from your activation date to make sure that you
are satisfied with your device and coverage. California customers
have a 30 day trial period from the date of activation. If
you are not satisfied with your device or service, you can cancel
for a full refund within your trial period (subject to the terms
and conditions of our Return Policy). Please click on the

With wireless local number portability (WLNP), you can transfer your existing cell phone number from your current wireless provider. There is no charge for this service. If you plan on transferring your number, please do not cancel your existing service contract, your account will be cancelled as soon as your number transfer has been completed. You will need to provide the following information in order to transfer your cellular number:
- Cell Phone Number
- Primary Name on Wireless Bill
- Billing Account Number
- Password to the account (this is usually the last 4 numbers of account holder’s Social Security Number)
A cellular number transfer can happen in as little as 3 hours once initiated by T-Mobile. For this reason we recommend completing your number transfer request with T-Mobile. Once you receive your new device contact T-Mobile’s number transfer center at (877) 789-3106 and they will take care of the rest.
Our check out process allows you to choose a preferred area code. Area codes are subject to availability and we will do our best to secure your preferred request. In the event that your preferred area code is not available, uTalkAlot.com will secure an area code based on the billing address listed on your account. If you would like to request a specific area code outside of your area, please contact our customer service at (877) 999-9180.
UTalkALot.com is able to offer these promotions on new lines of service with a new 24 month contract. Unfortunately we cannot offer these promotional prices for existing customers of T-Mobile. To take advantage of these offers you will need to initiate a new 24 month contract with T-Mobile which includes a new cellular number.
This information is required by T-Mobile in order to perform the
credit check. We will never share your personal information

We are able to offer this special pricing based on your device using both voice and data service. Please call our Customer Service Department (877) 999-9180 if you would like your device to have only voice service.
You can order your device and service with a 1 year contract; however the device pricing may be different. Please call our Customer Service Department (877) 999-9180 for additional information.
Your first bill will arrive from T-Mobile approximately 3-4 weeks after your order is placed. Your billed service charges may be prorated based on your activation date. There will be a onetime $35.00 activation fee for each line activated.
There may be up to 2 different rebates that you are eligible for. One rebate is from T-Mobile and will be processed within 6-8 weeks upon submission. The rebate for your device can be seen at www.tmobilerebates.com and a copy will be included within your shipment.
uTalkAlot.com may also offer a rebate for your device. This
rebate will be processed after 120 days of your activation date. You
can obtain information regarding your rebate status by calling
our Customer Service Department (877) 999-9180.
Please include a copy of your receipt and UPC bar code (found on
the T-Mobile devise box) with each rebate submission. uTalkAlot.com
is not responsible for rebates submitted incorrectly.
Subject to certain conditions, your equipment order can be cancelled by contacting the uTalkAlot.com Customer Service Department at (877) 999-9180. Your wireless service must be cancelled by calling T-Mobile customer service at (800) 937-8997. If you have already received the ordered equipment, you must follow our Return Policy. To be eligible for a refund on your equipment order, you must contact our Customer Service Department (877) 999-9180 within 14 days of your activation date to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Additionally you must ensure that we receive your equipment in original, new condition with no more than 30 minutes of usage, all product literature, and the manufacturer's packaging and parts shipped with your order within 30 days of your activation date.
To exchange your purchased device for a different one, you must contact our Customer Service Department (877) 999-9180 within 14 days of your activation date to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once we receive your device in original, new condition, with no more than 30 minutes of usage, all product literature, and the manufacturer's packaging and parts, we will process and ship your replacement phone immediately.
To avoid any unnecessary charges and be eligible for a full refund or exchange of your original wireless device, you must ensure that we receive your device in original, new condition, with no more than 30 minutes of usage, all product literature, and the manufacturer's packaging and parts, within 30 days of your activation date. If we do not receive your original device within the 30 day period and/or it is not returned in original condition, you will not be eligible for a full refund and may incur additional charges. If the total charges associated with your purchase is $0.00 (including shipping and sales tax if applicable), then your credit card will be charged a $1.00 processing fee. Utalkalot requires a valid credit card to prevent identity theft and to make sure that customers are not entering false information.
