Every shipment includes a postage-paid return label. To return your phone, simply call for a Return Authorization number, write it on the return label, and ship it back at no cost to you. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

To request a return or exchange, simply:

1. Call our Customer Service department toll free at (877) 999-9180 within 14 days (30 days in CA) of your activation date to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Send everything you received in the shipment back to us within 30 days of your activation date. All items must be in like new condition with no more than 30 minutes of usage.  Please include all accessories and documentation that came with your device. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

IMPORTANT: If you have established a new wireless account and wish to cancel it, you must call your wireless provider to deactivate your account (please refer to our Return Policy for more information).
